In this role, the HR Business Partner will have a multitude of responsibilities. They will provide HR support to several of our Discovery Therapeutic Areas as well as help provide local support to employees at our Boston Research Laboratories Discovery Site. The HRBP will coach leaders and teams and will provide guidance and expertise in the development of the organizations’ talent and diversity strategies, talent management, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee relations concerns.
